As mentioned above our job is to listen, and not "sell". we will give you honest answers about price, location, and other facets of information that are not made public on certain listings.  Items like RR tracks, Cell Towers, Road improvements may not be easy to navigate online. I can get you those answers. 

Sell a Home
If you are considering selling right now the market is dictating price. We will never suggest you ask a price that may result in your home sitting, or would want you to price it too low... there is a sweet spot there. The "live" date also is critical (avoid Holidays for sure!) where it could limit exposure. My listings typically go very quick and thus result in happy sellers. 

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Often times buyers cannot visualize living in your home. There are subtle things which can get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
